Replacement device order information

Non-US Patients: Please contact your homecare provider for updates.

As of July 1, 2025, the US Patient Portal has reduced operations
to a limited set of actions.

If you’re a patient in the United States and you’ve registered your device for remediation before registration closure on December 31, 2024,
the US Patient Portal will allow you to complete the following actions:

  • Check the status of your replacement device order if your order has already been processed.

  • Modify your shipping address

  • Print a shipping return label


Please note that any changes will take effect within 48-72 hours.


If you would like to cancel your order and opt- out of the remediation process or if you need to change or update contact information (such
as your address, phone number or email) or if you’re experiencing any technical difficulties accessing the US Patient Portal, please call us at
877-907-7508.

Registered Patient Log- In

Please enter the confirmation number you received during registration or your registered device serial number. Once we find your
record, you will be asked to verify your identity by entering your last name, zip code, and the last 4 digits of the phone number you used
to register your affected device.

Resolution of US economic loss litigation reached

Philips has reached an agreement, subject to final Court approval, to resolve all economic loss claims brought by private plaintiffs in the United States related to the Philips Respironics voluntary recall of certain sleep and respiratory care devices.
